The product provides energy and nutrition. Today, we jointly researched with Suranaree University of Technology to produce products with safe standard.

       Sweet from Black Jasmine Rice. Aromatic Black Rice is a mixed rice of Jasmine 105 and Chinese black sticky rice. The seeds are dark purple, popularly consumed as brown rice. Remaining are germ, cell membranes and rice with high nutritional and health It has 30% more iron than general rice. It has a light purple color, soft, sticky and has a pleasant aroma. The production is community basis which household’s utensils are used Example is the production of crispy jasmine rice that the forming of rice plates and steaming are used until it is set for the rice gel sheet to stabilize it. Then cut it into square pieces into sticks and drying it. Through frying and seasoning, we will have the ready-to-eat products.
