We have 8 kinds of chili paste such as salmon chili paste, royal palace Chili shrimp chili paste, Mackerel chili paste, pickled fish chili Paste etc  All of them are made from fresh fish.

We only use fish by stirring and frying with spices ingredient until a round, bold flavor.  By still holding the aura of the texture of that kind of fish, our homemade products are made fresh daily without monosodium glutamate and preservatives. It can be stored at room temperature for 3 months in the fridge for 6 months.
